Project Architect

The firm is steadily growing and has a strong focus on design, technology, and research. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing project designs from inception to completion, preparing submittals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all design elements meet regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will include using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, developing architectural plans, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Qualifications Strong skills in Submittals and Architecture Experience in Project Management and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Relevant certifications in architecture or project management are a plus Show more Show less
