Core Responsibilities

• Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawings, including detailed joinery, GFC sets, and coordinated execution packages.
• Translate conceptual design into accurate, build-ready technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough material research and specification writing.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain drawing standards, documentation control, and structured revision workflows.
• Perform weekly site visits for assigned projects to verify execution, resolve on-ground queries, and ensure drawings are being followed accurately.

Required Skill Set (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 3 years full-time professional experience in architecture/interiors.
• AutoCAD and SketchUp – strong daily working proficiency.
• Ability to produce high-quality detail drawings and understand execution logic.
• Strong material knowledge and familiarity with construction/site processes.
• At least ONE professional 3D visualisation software is mandatory
• (Lumion / Twinmotion / D5 / Enscape / V-Ray — any one, but must be proficient).
• Strong communication and reasoning skills for technical coordination.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with turnkey or high-end residential/commercial interiors.
• Ability to create 3D walkthroughs/video renders.
