Hiring: Architect (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
📍 Location: DLF Phase 3, Gurugram

We’re looking for an architect who’s serious about design and detailing — not someone who just drafts what they’re told.
Requirements (non-negotiable):
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture/interiors.
• AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong command over architectural and interior detail drawings — joinery, site sets, and execution-level documentation.
• Solid material knowledge and practical understanding of site coordination.
• Ability to visualize and communicate design intent with clarity.
Good to have:
• Experience with rendering and 3D video generation tools (Lumion, Twinmotion, D5, etc.)
• Exposure to turnkey or high-end residential/commercial interiors.
We’re not looking for:
Someone who just models or drafts. We need an architect who can think, problem-solve, and design with intent.
