Senior Architect

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and detailing for

  residential architecture and interiors

  .
• Prepare and explain

  working drawings, details, and 3D visuals

  with precision.
• Develop and review

  BOQs, material specifications, and schedules

  with an eye for execution.

• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors

  , ensuring flawless implementation.
• Conduct

  regular site visits

  to monitor progress, solve problems, and safeguard design intent.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, driving projects with ownership.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Arch minimum

  , with

  5+ years of professional experience

  .
• Strong technical command over

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Twinmotion, MS Office

  (Revit is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of

  BOQs, materials, finishes, and their on-site application

  .
• Proven ability to

  translate drawings into execution

  , coordinating smoothly across disciplines.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of

  leading multiple premium projects

  simultaneously.
