Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Engineer located in Kochi, with office and on site work. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing, and coordinating sites, ensuring the design is executed on site by solving and reporting issues arising on site. Day-to-day tasks include studying architectural and structural drawings of the projects and coordinating site and design team simultaneously, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with other engineers and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time. Knowledge in interior execution is preferred. Qualifications Proficient in Civil Engineering ​5-10 years of experience in the industry, preferably working with Architects. Experienced Civil Engineers with knowledge in Planning and managing projects Specialized skills in Site Execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Company Description Minus studio is an architecture firm based in Kochi, doing projects across Kerala and Karnataka in different typologies and scales.
