Senior Architect

1. Design & Concept Development

• Create innovative design concepts, mood boards, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Develop space planning, 2D layouts, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure all designs align with the project budget and timelines.

2. Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare complete working drawing sets: floor plans, elevations, sections, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, and furniture details.
• Review and finalize material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry and company standards.

3. Project & Site Coordination

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Identify and resolve site-related design issues promptly.

4. Client Interaction & Presentations

• Lead client meetings, present design concepts, and communicate project progress.
• Understand client preferences and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Handle modifications based on client feedback professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
