Role & responsibilities Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for villa/residential projects. Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration. Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and specifications. Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely execution. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide drawing clarifications. Work closely with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews. Monitor project progress and support project planning and scheduling.
