We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be skilled in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and project coordination, with hands-on experience in industry-standard tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs, drawings, plans, and layouts based on project requirements. Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion . Prepare design presentations, renderings, visualizations , and concept boards. Collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design accuracy and alignment. Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, BOQs, and schedules using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements . Assist in project planning, coordination, site visits , and execution support as needed.
