Past experience of working on Industrial projects, Factory Buildings and/or warehouse would be an added advantage. Through understanding of constructional details, ability to check and guide team members and instruct the contractor on site is necessary. Should have an experience of heading the project independently. Good presentation skills using latest 2D and 3D software's. Good communication skills and knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.
