Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include developing detailed architectural designs, managing project deliverables and timelines, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. The role also involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

• Experience with preparing and reviewing project Submittals and ensuring quality control
• Strong Project Management skills to lead and coordinate teams effectively
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional registration or certification in architecture is a plus
