Project Architect

As a Project Architect at a Luxury Real Estate Developer in Juhu, Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the process from concept development to construction administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements. - Collaborating with stakeholders and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. - Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. - Conducting regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues. - Preparing and reviewing construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections. - Ensuring all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management. - Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects in Mumbai. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with BIM and SketchUp is a plus. - Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,
