Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our dynamic interior design team based in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in architectural and interior drafting, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision. You will play a key role in translating conceptual designs into technical drawings that meet functional and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and shop drawings based on design inputs and project requirements.Collaborate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and site engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.Interpret design specifications and align drawings with building codes, regulations, and project standards.Revise and update drawings as needed through various project phases based on client and team feedback.Assist in documentation for statutory approvals and coordinate with external consultants for technical compliance.Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and preparation of as-built drawings.Maintain drawing archives with proper version control and organizational accuracy.Support project teams with technical details, material specifications, and construction-related drawing queries.Required Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.8–10 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design drafting.Proficient in AutoCAD, working knowledge of SketchUp and VRay.Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and detailing.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.Experience with residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects in Mumbai preferred.
