Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in Noida, India. The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, construction drawings, and developing plans as per project requirements. The role entails coordinating designs with architectural teams and ensuring compliance with construction codes and standards. The position involves attention to detail, collaboration with various stakeholders, and the ability to deliver precise work within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Planning
• Experience in creating Construction Drawings and understanding of related standards
• Fundamental knowledge and experience in Architecture
• Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for precision in drawings
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for drafting and designing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations is a plus
