Role Description

The Manager, Investor Relations and Founder's Office will oversee and manage the company's investor relations, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and potential investors. Responsibilities include preparing financial models, managing investment portfolios, analyzing financial data, and creating presentations for investor meetings. The individual will also work closely with the Founder’s Office to align strategies and contribute to decision-making processes. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Investor Relations and the ability to maintain strong stakeholder engagement
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and market trends effectively
• Expertise in Finance and financial planning
• Experience in building and interpreting Financial Models for investment analysis
• Understanding of Investments and capital market operations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and assist the Founder’s Office in strategic decision-making
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous relevant experience in investor relations or financial management is preferred
