Key Responsibilities: Feasibility skill set encompasses technical and soft skills essential for assessing the viability of construction projects, including site analysis, financial analysis and project planning. Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept to construction stage. Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) and manage design integration. Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from design perspective Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals. Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects Manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Create marketing content including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and property listings Generate and qualify leads via digital channels, events, and offline promotions Maintain and update the company's website and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magic Bricks, Housing.com) Organize open houses, property expos, and customer meetups Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to create visual content Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on lead quality, conversion, and ROI Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales goals Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Preference will be given for candidates having post graduation qualification in marketing major from a premier business school 10 to 12 years of marketing experience in real estate or a similar industry Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.) Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and customer preferences Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is a plus
