The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include strategizing and planning, managing budgets, leading and motivating employees, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires ensuring quality and compliance in all deliverables while driving company growth and efficiency. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding a workforce Strategic planning, organizational, and operational management abilities Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical reasoning capabilities Knowledge of the real estate industry, project management, and quality control is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
