Role Overview

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate civil and interior works between client and international design teams.
• Manage requirements for ultra high-end Residential/ Commercial projects.
• Liaise with consultants and agencies for timely project deliverables.
• Understand materials, interior themes, and design language.
• Interpret and review drawings (DWG) for accuracy and compliance.
• Track progress and follow up with ordering teams and vendors.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure traceability of all project documentation.

Experience

• 4–6 years

  of experience with architectural or interior design firms.
• Proven ability to handle high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of design coordination and material specifications.
