Role -Utility Engineer. Person must have experience in API industry either in current company or previous one. Operation and Maintenance of Chilled water plants. Operation and Maintenance of Chilled Brine plants. Operation and Maintenance of Natural gas fired boiler Operation and Maintenance of Nitrogen generation plant Operation and maintenance of Air compressors. Operation and maintenance of Air dryers. Operation and Maintenance of cooling towers. Potable water storage and distribution. Process water Operation, Generation, and distribution including schedule activities. Schedule Preventive maintenance of Utility equipment. To ensure efficient operation of Utility equipment. Efficiency monitoring and ensure for utility equipment. MIS report for utility. Calculate Utility generation cost. Compliance of CAPA, Investigation related to area specific Deviation. Initiate and implementation energy saving ideas. Validation and compressed air, Nitrogen plant. Operation of HVAC and Validation. Qualification of Utility equipment and systems. Show more Show less
