Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in Borivali. The Project Architect will oversee architectural project development, manage design and construction processes, create and review submittals, and ensure compliance with sustainability standards. Responsibilities include collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and using advanced drafting and rendering softwares for project coordination and design execution. The role requires leadership and a proactive approach to meeting project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture design.
• Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Experience with Building Modeling softwares and rendering.
• Knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and managing Submittals
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
