Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect, located in Borivali. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, collaborating with clients and team members, preparing submittals, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and contributing to sustainable and LEED-certified projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Project Management
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and preparation of Submittals
• Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable design practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Relevant degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure as an Architect is a plus
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is beneficial
