Role Description

We are seeking a Project Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, preparing detailed submittals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and utilizing advanced tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). The role also involves maintaining compliance with sustainability standards and overseeing design processes to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience with Project Management and Submittals
Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects effectively
Relevant educational qualifications in Architecture or a related field
Proficient in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Professional licensure or accreditation is a plus
