• Background of Hospitality/ Hospital/ Institutional Bldg • Should have experience of generating GFC Drawings under the guidance of Seniors. • Should be willing to travel for Site Visits Required Candidate profile Should attend Design co-ordination meetings & prepare Minutes of Meeting Candidates from Western suburbs will be preferred

HVAC Design in chilled water system, heat load calculations, ventilation calculations, pressurization calculations, VRF system, DX system etc. , duct design, chilled water/VRF piping design, HVAC equipment selection, well versed in AutoCAD, Required Candidate profile Candidate should be well versed in AUTOCAD Candidate should be able to do Techno commercial comparison of equipments & contractors. Candidate having experience in REVIT MEP is preferred

Role & responsibilities Heat load calculations for AC & Heating, Ventilation calculations & Duct sizing Capacity calculations and selection of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc. Space planning of AHU, fans, HVAC plant room etc. Piping sizing (for Chilled water, Hot water, Condenser water, Refrigerant piping, VRF piping etc.) Preparation of preliminary /conceptual scheme of the mechanical system Certification and approval of all kind of shop drawings submitted by contractors for site issue Required to lead for Site visit / Factory inspection visit /client place visit /weekly meeting etc. Sound knowledge in HVAC ducting designing with the thorough knowledge of ducting installation standard. Piping design skill especially with chilled water / Dx system along with the thorough knowledge of piping installation standard Able to do prepare chilled water & hot water schematic and detail design Ability to understand and read drawings of Architectural, Structural, interior drawings, MEP drawings. Making of technical specifications, BOQ, data sheet, techno- commercial comparison of equipments and contractors Smoke exhaust, Lift well/Staircase/Lift lobby pressurization calculations etc. Preferred candidate profile Ready to travel PAN India for Intensive/ Frequent Site Visits Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
