• Design and sizing of water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems (internal & external). • Water demand calculation tank sizing (UG/OHT) & plumbing space planning • Selection and sizing of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, pumps, etc.) Required Candidate profile • Interdisciplinary coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for clash-free integration. • Preparation of technical documentation and participation in inspections and design reviews.

• Background of Hospitality/ Hospital/ Institutional Bldg • Should have experience of generating GFC Drawings under the guidance of Seniors. • Should be willing to travel for Site Visits Required Candidate profile Should attend Design co-ordination meetings & prepare Minutes of Meeting Candidates from Western suburbs will be preferred

HVAC Design in chilled water system, heat load calculations, ventilation calculations, pressurization calculations, VRF system, DX system etc. , duct design, chilled water/VRF piping design, HVAC equipment selection, well versed in AutoCAD, Required Candidate profile Candidate should be well versed in AUTOCAD Candidate should be able to do Techno commercial comparison of equipments & contractors. Candidate having experience in REVIT MEP is preferred
