Your Role We are seeking experienced design professionals with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and problem-solving to join our Design Technology community. As a Project Design Technology Lead, you will use your soft skills, relationship building and technical expertise to drive with confidence digital modeling adoption, implementation, and BIM management at a project level. The Project Design Technology Lead will partner with the Regional Design Technology Leaders to establish goals and strategic plans in support of project objectives. Candidates should have proven experience in leading design teams and external consultants, as well as managing the long-term commitment of executing large scale project delivery. What You Will Do Lead the implementation, management, and execution of BIM/digital modeling pipeline on projects throughout all phases of the design process. In this position, you will collaborate with our Design Directors and design leadership on a variety of exciting hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, entertainment and retail projects.
