Project Architect

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction documentation. - Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and D5 Render. - Create innovative and functional design solutions aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines. - Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation, quality control, and compliance with drawings, codes, and regulations. - Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client-facing materials to effectively communicate design intent. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and progress reports. - Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - 4-5 years of proven professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. - Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and material specifications. - Ability to translate client requirements into innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions. - Excellent visualization and presentation skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. - Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
