Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure clear communication throughout all project phases. Create comprehensive construction drawings that detail interior elements, joinery, lighting, and other architectural features.
Responsibilities: Develop detailed design drawings, construction documents, and tender packages using AutoCAD & sketch-up. Work closely and in coordination with design, 3D and engineering teams to fully realize the design intent. Translate 3D concepts into accurate 2D detail design drawings aligned with the project standards, design constraints, country requirements etc. Ideate on how design concepts can be brought to life. Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details etc. as required for commercial and F&B interior projects to full articulate to project managers and contractors what is needed for a project. Produce visual representations using SketchUp or other presentation tools (optional but preferred). Coordinate across disciplines to produce integrated drawing sets, ensuring clarity and completeness. Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency with project standards and timelines. Stay updated with industry standards, detailing norms, and construction practices relevant to interior fit outs. Requirements: Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 5-6 years of relevant experience, especially in Commercial and F&B interiors. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to produce comprehensive, coordinated drawing sets. Familiarity with SketchUp or other visualization tools Strong understanding of construction detailing, interior systems, and technical standards.
