Job Description

Experience required: 7+ Years in Salesforce and 2+ in CPQ Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions including product configuration rules, pricing methods, approval processes, and quote generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Pharma SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Develop and maintain complex data models and ensure data integrity across systems. Customize and configure Salesforce for Pharma domain-specific use cases such as compliance, sample tracking, customer interactions, etc. Ensure system stability, scalability, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning. Develop and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, third-party APIs). Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and system processes. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. Required Skills Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proven experience implementing Salesforce CPQ in mid to large-scale environments. Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Flows, and Triggers. Experience with Salesforce configuration including Profiles, Permission Sets, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules. Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Familiarity with Pharma industry compliance and regulatory processes (e.g., GxP, HIPAA). Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
