Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer

PFB the JD.

Key Responsibilities

Perform
installation, configuration, and deployment
of Actimize products (RCM, AIS, SAM, CDD, IFM, etc.) in on-prem and AWS environments.
Manage
Actimize production and lower environments
, ensuring stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
Monitor and maintain
Actimize application health, batch jobs, scheduler, and model execution components
.
Handle
application incidents, root cause analysis (RCA)
, and coordinate with R&D and infrastructure teams for resolution.
Manage
AWS infrastructure
EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking components used by Actimize environments.
Execute and optimize
SQL scripts
for data analysis, tuning, and migrations.
Administer
Linux/Unix servers
, perform log analysis, and automate operations through scripting.
Support
Actimize upgrades, patching, and environment refresh activities
.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for implementation and support activities.
Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and QA for smooth deployments, testing, and environment handovers.

Required Skills and Experience

6–8 years of overall experience with
minimum 4+ years in Actimize implementation and support/AppOps
.
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS
– EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and network configuration.
Expertise in
Linux/Unix administration
, shell scripting, and automation.
Strong
SQL
skills (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) including queries, procedures, and tuning.
Experience managing
Actimize components
– RCM, AIS, DMS, Scheduler, Model Execution.
Proven experience in
application monitoring, support, and incident management
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and deployment automation tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with
Actimize IDE
or
X-Sight Platform
.
Familiarity with
Docker, Kubernetes
, or
Terraform
for infrastructure automation.
Understanding of
Java
,
Tomcat/WebLogic
, and
network/security configurations
.
Exposure to
financial crime compliance
domains – AML, Fraud, Sanctions, KYC.
