Mandatory Skills 10+ years of experience. Serve as the technical authority for React.js-based development projects. Architect and design scalable, maintainable front-end solutions. Drive best practices in coding, testing, and automation. Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team. A proven high-performer with the ability to take lead the projects and mentor junior resource (2+ Years of Team leading Exp for Tech Lead role) Analyse problems and implement solutions that is optimized for performance, scalability, Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Participate in technical reviews, including code reviews, architecture assessments, and technology evaluations. Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and frameworks. Lead sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery timelines. Fix bugs and provide production support. Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Learn new technologies outside his/her primary skills. Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and other front-end tools. Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging tools. Expertise in designing reusable components and scalable architectures. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Proficient in responsive design principles and CSS pre/post-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
