Job Title: Senior Implementation Engineer

Role Overview

Implementation Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize software features aligned with design specifications
Perform unit and functional testing to ensure solution quality
Deploy applications on Tomcat and other web servers
Analyze and resolve application issues using logs and debugging tools
Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams in both waterfall and agile environments
Interface independently with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams
Provide post-deployment support and resolve functionality issues
Occasionally work onsite or across time zones as needed
Participate in Actimize solution training.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
SQL
, including handling large volumes of data
Proficiency in
Linux
and
Unix
environments, with command-line expertise
Experience with
application deployment
on
Tomcat
and other web servers
Excellent
debugging skills
, including log analysis and issue resolution
Familiarity with
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
concepts
Exposure to
HTML
,
JavaScript
, and
CSS
for front-end integration
Experience working in
complex database environments
(Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
Understanding of
scalable
,
secure
, and
multi-user
coding practices
Knowledge of
application server architecture
and performance tuning
Ability to develop and configure enterprise-grade software features
Exposure to
Actimize
solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with
coding standards
and
enterprise software development practices
