URGENT OPENING!!! Position- Sr. Manager/AGM Business Development (Lead Exports) Experience- 10+yrs Notice Period- Immediate Job-Overview: The Sr. Manager is a key position who will be responsible for driving business growth , setting strategic direction, and ensuring operational excellence . This position involves identifying market opportunities, optimizing resources, fostering innovation, and achieving business objectives in alignment with the organizations vision and mission for International Market. 1. Leadership Lead the overseas business of the company with a focus on expanding operations and market presence across Asian, European, North & South America markets. Develop and execute strategies to establish the company as a leading player in the overseas market for companys products. 2. Global Market Expansion & business development Identifying new markets: Researching and analysing markets to find growth opportunities, and identifying new business opportunities. Developing Marketing Plans: Creating and implementing strategic plans to enter new markets and expand market presence. 3. Customer Relationships Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders Frequent & regular customer visits. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication. Candidate should have at-least 3 years of experience in International Market for developing overseas business of the company. 50% travel requirement. Strong ability to build personal rapport with stakeholders, international agents/partners and customers. Strong commercial acumen.
