As Senior Key Account Manager Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key partners in the payments ecosystem. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new business opportunities, develop joint go-to-market initiatives, and engage at the leadership and CXO levels, contributing directly to PayU s growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective partners
Lead joint marketing and promotional activities with partners
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives
Engage in senior-level conversations with CXOs and leadership, representing PayU s interests
Analyze campaign performance and ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities within fintech and payments

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years experience in fintech, partnerships, sales, or business development
Deep understanding of the payments and partner ecosystem
Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships
Experience with joint marketing initiatives and campaign management
Comfortable engaging with leadership and CXO-level stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GTM strategies
Excellent communicator and team player, adept at cross-functional collaboration
