Looking for Telecallers with fluent Marathi language. As a Telecaller for Home Loan, you have to call the customers through the Dialer, explain them Home Loan products and assist them through the loan application process.
Role & responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of home loans and personal loans. Identify customer needs and provide personalized loan solutions that suit their financial goals. Follow up with leads, answer queries, and assist in loan documentation to ensure smooth processing. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful loan applications. Maintain a detailed log of calls, track progress, and report outcomes to the team lead. Adhere to company guidelines and ensure quality standards are met on every call. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues customers may have. Preferred candidate profile Mandatory: Fluency in Marathi (both written and spoken). Minimum education: 12th Pass. 1+ year experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in home loan or personal loan products. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of English are a plus. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to engage with customers effectively

Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound follow-up calls on customer enquiries received from WhatsApp, Meta, Website, and marketing campaigns . Understand the customers loan requirements (Home Loan / LAP / Personal Loan etc.) and recommend suitable banks/NBFCs as per eligibility. Coordinate regularly with bank Relationship Managers and ensure timely updates on login, sanction, legal/technical, and disbursement. Maintain and update daily MIS reports and ensure 100% accuracy for each case. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets as set by the management.
