Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound follow-up calls on customer enquiries received from
WhatsApp, Meta, Website, and marketing campaigns
.
Understand the customers loan requirements (Home Loan / LAP / Personal Loan etc.) and
recommend suitable banks/NBFCs
as per eligibility.
Coordinate regularly with
bank Relationship Managers
and ensure timely updates on login, sanction, legal/technical, and disbursement.
Maintain and update
daily MIS reports
and ensure 100% accuracy for each case.
Meet
daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
as set by the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn and grow.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to handle multiple customer cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Excel, MIS tools, and basic computer applications.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
