For direct customers submit offers directly, interact with them, resolve queries if any, negotiations, acceptance of orders. Co-ordination with Customers, IRO, Dealers, Factory, Design, Purchase, QA, CRED, Planning, Customer Service and Sub-vendors for Winning Orders. Look for opportunities for generating more business by identifying untapped areas, identifying partners etc. On Receipt of Order: Complete Contract Review , Making the order technically and commercially clear , Support in Indent preparation. Handing over order to next team, Resolving queries with client as well as internal departments like engineering, QA etc.Ensuring smooth execution by co-ordination with execution team & related internal departments of factory Co-ordination for further dispatch from port. For direct order, payment realization. Pre-Qualification Activities if any with new customers to come under their Vendor Approved List.
