M2 Senior Manager - Partnership Sales

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives. You will also play a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with both existing and prospective partners. Additionally, you will lead joint marketing and promotional activities with partners, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives. It will be your duty to analyze campaign performance and ensure effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in line with business goals - Manage and strengthen relationships with current and potential partners - Lead joint marketing and promotional activities with partners - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams for successful execution of partnership initiatives - Analyze campaign performance and ensure effective GTM strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in fintech, partnerships, sales, or business development - Proven track record in building and managing high-value partnerships - Experience with joint marketing initiatives and campaign management - Comfortable engaging with leadership and CXO-level stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GTM strategies - Excellent communication skills, team player, adept at cross-functional collaboration In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in a positive, get-things-done workplace that thrives on constant evolution.
