Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with program delivery excellence, and strategic account growth. This role will serve as a critical bridge between regional client partners, customer success managers (CSMs), and global delivery centers (GDCs), ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership
  • Facilitate regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Establish and manage joint governance forums
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues

Key Deliverables:

  • Client Roadmaps
  • Strategic Account Plans
  • Voice of Customer Reports

Program Delivery & Execution Excellence

  • Lead multi-technology program delivery across regions
  • Standardize delivery practices and frameworks
  • Enable cross-functional alignment across teams
  • Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs

Key Deliverables:

  • Program Governance Dashboards
  • KPI Tracking Reports
  • Risk & Mitigation Frameworks

Farming & Growth Enablement

  • Partner with Sales and Account Directors to support sales opportunities
  • Drive solution expansion and innovation
  • Co-own account growth targets with regional teams

Key Deliverables:

  • Growth Pipeline Reports
  • Account Development Plans
  • Client Opportunity Maps

Regional Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure regional priorities are mapped into execution plans
  • Collaborate with onshore leaders to align delivery with local expectations
  • Bridge global delivery capabilities with regional business needs

Key Deliverables:

  • Regional Alignment Matrix
  • Leadership Scorecards
  • Strategic Steering Committee Reports

Collaboration Flow

Region Client Partner CSM GDC

The Client Delivery Leader will operate within this flow, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client delivery, program management, or customer success
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-technology programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience in global delivery models and cross-functional team leadership
  • Ability to drive strategic growth and client satisfaction

Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and KPI-driven delivery
