Role & responsibilities

Operational Product Ownership

• Own and improve the end-to-end execution layer of bookings from vendor allocation to customer feedback loops.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and reliability in operational workflows through product and process interventions.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and ship product improvements, ensuring changes align with business objectives.

Analytics & Insights

• Deep dive into performance metrics and operational data using Excel, SQL queries and other analytics tools.
• Track KPIs across vendors, drivers, and Ops teams; identify bottlenecks and drive actionable insights.

Cross-functional Execution

• Partner with Ops, Product, Engineering, and Vendor Management to implement scalable improvements.
• Translate insights into product specs write flowcharts, draft wireframes, and define clear requirements for Alarms Dashboard, VI App and Driver App.
• Ensure accountability across stakeholders by tracking execution outcomes and performance follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have

• Strong analytical ability with expert-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and SQL query skills.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and insights into actions. • Self-drive and motivation to impact business in significant ways with an outcome driven approach
• Bachelors degree preferable in Engineering.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

Good to Have

• Proven experience in supplier centered, operations-heavy or platform-based businesses (mobility, logistics, or marketplace domains preferred).
• Experience working with mobile apps or operational dashboards (vendor/driver interfaces).
  • Basic understanding of UI design and process flow documentation. • Prior exposure to product management or business process automation.
