Looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst who has worked in BFSI domain

Job Specifications:

• Candidate should belong to technical background having

  minimum 6 years of working experience as Business Analysts in Banking domain

  .

• Candidate must have minimum 6 years of experience working in Lending solutions (LMS, LOS, LCS).

• Must have knowledge in Mobile application used in lending solution by Clients and Agents

• Have

  experience in implementing Loans solution for banks/NBFC. Have worked on at least 2 large implementations

  .
• It will be added advantage if candidate has worked on local and international project in payments domain (mobile banking, Internet banking for retail/corporate)
• Understanding of the various Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes. Have knowledge on agile methodology.
• Ability to discuss with the client team and third-party stakeholders and project teams for requirement understanding, identifying key points of business solution and getting developed the overall system.
• Translating conceptual client requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• He/she should have proven experience in creating requirement documentation using BRD, FRD, Workflow Diagrams, Use Cases, Wireframes, UIUX designs, User Stories, User Journeys, etc.
• Good verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking ability and creative problem-solving skills.
• Must be well versed with English & Hindi language.
