Dear Candidates Greeting !!! Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage and deliver projects based on .NET and Java technologies from initiation to completion. Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives. Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track progress using tools like MS Project and Azure Boards. Cloud Technology Expertise: Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to drive project innovations and efficiencies. Understand and implement CI/CD pipelines, including the setup and prerequisites for seamless integration and deployment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Work closely with internal teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are met. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve project issues to maintain project momentum. Industry Expertise: Apply domain knowledge of the Banking and Insurance sectors to tailor solutions to industry-specific challenges. Preferred candidate profile Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Banking and Insurance sectors Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred Regards Human Resource
