In this role you ll have an opportunity to partner with business users and experienced software development teams to transform the existing environment by implementing new applications for current and new business processes. In this role, you will collaborate with team members, business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, data and customer experience teams in order to develop and implement the technical solutions in support of the Modernization program. - Work with the business Product Manager to understand product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog
- Drive consultations with business users to understand business and technical requirements for applications
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage business problems using Agile methodology
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for end users seeking to utilize Low Code Platform to develop, automate and streamline existing business applications and processes
- Manage scope and write user stories that clearly communicate the business requirements and establish acceptance criteria
- Convey technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical people.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers.
- Work with the development team and Project Managers to execute and achieve sprint goals
- Support technical team in designing moderately complex workflows, front end screens and data flows
- Develop training documents and job aids and provide training on new or changed processes to business users
- Participate in the development of new offerings and innovation in the modernization space
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables
- Work as Scrum Master as needed
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical field of study
- 6+ years of experience in Application Development and Business process analysis, preferably within the technology or financial services industry
- Experience gathering requirements for designing and developing applications on Low Code Application Platform - OutSystems or any other software development technology
- Good oral/written communication and strong commitment to professional excellence
- Experience with both agile and waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Capable of independently handling multiple simultaneous projects that have short to medium-term focus
