Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze existing business processes to define key KPIs for performance measurement.
• Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and drive alignment and sign-off.
• Collaborate closely with Data and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to source relevant data and assist in dashboard development.
• Review dashboard prototypes, consolidate feedback from stakeholders, and ensure iterative improvements.
• Manage end-to-end sign-off processes for both BRDs and final dashboard solutions.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytical solutions in alignment with business expectations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a data-centric environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables within tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,437,340.11 per year
