Experience: 4 to 5 Years Type: Full Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives or system enhancements. Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices. Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS/FRD (Functional Requirement Document), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support development and QA teams during the SDLC to ensure requirements are understood and met. Assist in UAT planning, test case creation, execution support, and defect tracking. Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation using standard BA tools. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business objectives and final deliverables. Demonstration to new prospects Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, demonstration and stakeholder management. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, Figma, Visio, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in domains like HRMS, HCM, Travel & Expense. Basic understanding of SQL, data analysis, API workflows, and system integrations. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Critical thinking and decision-making. Quick learner with adaptability. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
