Experience: 4-6 Years Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced manual software tester. Support UAT activities, experience in handling UAT teams will be an added advantage. Responsibilities Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Execute manual test cases and report defects with clear reproduction steps. Perform regression, functional, integration, API, and system testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC. Track, document, and report testing results, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Support UAT activities; experience in handling UAT teams will be an added advantage. Skills Required 4+ years of experience in manual testing of web and enterprise applications with team handling experience (2-3 people). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect life cycle. Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Solid knowledge of functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing (mandatory). Experience with SQL queries for database validation. Experience in AI prompting would be added advantage. Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Experience working in multiple projects or service-based environments is highly preferred. Ability to manage and test both product-based and services-based applications, with exposure to handling multiple projects simultaneously. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
