You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and developing long-term customer relationships across your designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Sell Mavitecs full product and systems portfolio with a focus on maximizing margins and delivering customer value. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and Orders Received budget . Collaborate with Technical Sales for seamless handover of clarified orders (commercial, technical, financial, legal). Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within your assigned international region. Play a key role in expanding Mavitecs footprint across India . Offer technical application solutions tailored to client needs. Required Qualifications & Competencies: Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (BE) + MBA preferred Experience: Minimum 10 years in the poultry or recycling industry, with specific experience in equipment and machinery sales Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must Strong commercial mindset with a customer-first approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills Highly proactive , persuasive , and organized
