Role Overview

SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end SAP Business One implementations

  including blueprinting, configuration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to

  SAP B1 functionalities

  .
• Configure SAP B1 modules such as

  Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, and Service Management

  .
• Develop and manage

  customizations, add-ons, UDFs, formatted searches, queries, and approvals

  .
• Coordinate with technical teams for

  DI API, UI API, SDK-based developments

  , and integrations.
• Handle

  data migration

  from legacy systems to SAP B1, including validation and reconciliation.
• Perform

  unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

  .
• Prepare

  functional documents, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials

  .
• Conduct

  end-user training

  and provide ongoing functional support.
• Support

  SAP B1 upgrades, patches, and version migrations

  (including HANA).
• Ensure compliance with

  internal controls, audit requirements, and statutory standards

  (GST, TDS, financial reporting).
• Liaise with business users, SAP partners, and management for issue resolution and enhancements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 58 years of

  hands-on SAP Business One implementation and support experience

  .
• Minimum

  2–3 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  SAP B1 Finance, Production and Logistics modules

  .
• Experience with

  SAP B1 on HANA

  preferred.
• Working knowledge of

  SQL / HANA Studio

  , queries, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to

  integration with third-party applications

  (CRM, payroll, WMS, production systems, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  Indian statutory requirements

  (GST, compliance, audit).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

  – Mandatory
• SAP Business One certification – Preferred
