Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ERP Software Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to our clients using our ERP software, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for ERP software users. Handle user queries and troubleshoot ERP-related issues (functional/process-based). Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and user training. Document user issues, resolutions, and updates in ticketing systems. Coordinate with internal teams for escalated issues (development, infra, etc.). Support data management, reporting, and system upgrades as needed. Pretture is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated fresher for the role of ERP Support Executive in Delhi . As an ERP Support Executive at Pretture, you will serve as the primary technical and functional liaison between our SaaS ERP platform and clients. You will ensure seamless usage across inventory, purchase, sales, and production modules by delivering expert remote support, complemented by occasional on-site assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Conduct remote and in-person support for end-users. Respond promptly to support tickets via phone, email, or screen-sharing. Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, orders, sales, purchase and production modules. Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and FAQs to enhance user autonomy. Work with product, implementation, and technical teams to understand and resolve issues effectively. Support ERP implementation activities and provide on-site assistance during go-live events to ensure smooth feature rollout and user adoption. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.Com, BCA, BBA or relevant degree (Commerce preferred) Experience: 0 to 1 year in ERP support or relevant internships (Freshers welcome) Knowledge & Skills: Basic accounting and business process knowledge (finance, inventory, sales). Strong verbal/written communication in English and local languages. Quick learner and eagerness to learn ERP modules and tools. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office.
