Your responsibilities will include sprint planning, tracking implementation progress to ensure timely and quality delivery, managing external and internal stakeholders, presenting project status reports, creating proposals and RFP responses, and addressing techno-functional queries from prospective clients. You will also be expected to manage client expectations regarding deliverables, efforts, timelines, and product customizations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise system implementation, with a minimum of 10 years in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lending. Strong technical and business awareness, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in Fintech/NBFC/Bank (Digital banking verticals) or with product solution providers like LOS/LMS/Banking Tech solution providers are preferred. This position requires individuals with the ability to communicate technical messages with business relevance to both technical and non-technical audiences, exceptional presentation skills, and composure in front of technical and business customers. Please note that this is a high-pressure job that may involve extended hours or weekend work.
