The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by achieving assigned sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects, pitching AI and ERP/B2B solutions, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. It is a performance-driven role requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
· Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales (mandatory experience in ERP or enterprise software solutions).
· Skills:
o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to understand and explain AI and ERP/B2B solutions to clients.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
· Target-driven and self-motivated.
· Customer-focused approach.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
