Role Overview
Business Development Manager
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of STREEVIA in the marketplace, responsible for generating revenue through new client acquisition, relationship building, and strategic networking. You'll work closely with our creative and account management teams to understand client needs and position STREEVIA's comprehensive services effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Acquisition
Identify and prospect potential clients
across various industries including retail, fashion, FMCG, hospitality, technology, and entertainment- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events, and referrals
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with measurable conversion targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and untapped market segments
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Brand Managers
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs
- Present STREEVIA's service offerings through compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements
- Ensure smooth handover to account management teams post-acquisition
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Create customized pitch decks and proposals tailored to prospect needs
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop winning proposals and presentations
- Track and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and market trends
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and revenue forecasts
Brand Representation & Networking
- Represent STREEVIA at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums
- Build STREEVIA's reputation and visibility in the creative and marketing industry
- Develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying STREEVIA's values and creative excellence
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the creative, strategy, and production teams to understand service capabilities
- Coordinate with the finance team on pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Partner with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide market feedback to leadership for service development and positioning strategies
Required QualificationsProfessional Experience
5+ years of proven experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a creative agency, marketing agency, advertising firm, or related industryDemonstrated track record
of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals- Experience selling creative services such as branding, advertising, social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships
