Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strong B2B sales execution. This individual contributor role focuses on owning the complete sales cycle, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our presence within the fintech space.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.



  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.



  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiations.



  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.



  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly preferred.



  • Familiarity with expense management or financial products is an advantage.



  • High level of ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.



  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
